1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Academy LinkUp's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Academy LinkUp provides tools and resources for gym owners to manage their academies effectively. Features include attendance tracking, payments, student profiles, waivers, and more.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations will be processed within 7 business days. If you cancel without at least 7 business days' notice, no refund will be given, and your service will continue until the next billing cycle.

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• If you cancel within a free trial period. (Ensure your cancellation request is submitted by the last business day of your trial, as weekend requests will be processed the following Monday.)
• Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges will be reviewed, and refunds may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service, unused features, or time remaining in a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users agree not to misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Payment and Billing

• All pricing plans are displayed clearly on our website.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card details.
• Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Academy LinkUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We make no guarantees regarding the success of academy management or operations.

8. Changes to Terms

Academy LinkUp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
